Under the auspices of H.E. Egyptian Prime Minister, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, the Seventh Edition has witnessed for the first time a distinguished presence for a number of African state ministers and heads of African and Arab construction federations as well as leaderships of international financial institutions. Among the esteemed attendees were a number of Arab and African ambassadors and key officials in Egyptian contracting and specialized industrial companies. The Forum has discussed the ongoing challenges the construction and reconstruction sectors face in the shadow of the current global economic and financial uncertainty that led to witnessing worldwide abrupt, bold, and strong fiscal policies. Such policies have had such powerful impact on global economy in general and on the emerging markets’ sustainable development plans in particular.
